Welcome to Orbit Lab 3D. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Orbit Lab 3D.
By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing a product from Orbit Lab 3D, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, our Refund and Return Policy, and any other policies referenced on our website.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
1. About Orbit Lab 3D
Orbit Lab 3D sells 3D-printed products, including standard, customized, personalized, made-to-order, and other products that may be manufactured specifically after an order is placed.
Because 3D printing is a manufacturing process, products may contain minor variations in texture, layer lines, surface finish, dimensions, color, or other characteristics.
These variations are part of the nature of 3D-printed products and do not necessarily constitute defects.
2. Eligibility to use our website
By using this website, you represent that:
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
- The information you provide is accurate and complete;
- You will use the website only for lawful purposes; and
- You will comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to do so.
3. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, specifications, prices, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, we do not guarantee that:
- Product photographs will exactly represent the physical product;
- Colors will appear identical on every screen or device;
- Dimensions will be perfectly identical from one print to another;
- Minor cosmetic variations will not occur; or
- Website information will always be completely free of typographical or technical errors.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information at any time.
4. 3D printing variations
You acknowledge that 3D printing is an additive manufacturing process and that individual prints may vary.
Reasonable variations may include:
- Visible layer lines;
- Minor surface imperfections;
- Support-removal marks;
- Small variations in texture;
- Minor dimensional variations;
- Slight color differences;
- Minor differences in finish;
- Small differences between individual prints; and
- Other characteristics reasonably associated with the manufacturing process.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these characteristics are considered normal and do not automatically constitute a manufacturing defect.
5. Orders and order acceptance
Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
Orbit Lab 3D reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order for legitimate business reasons, including:
- Product availability;
- Pricing or listing errors;
- Suspected fraud;
- Payment problems;
- Shipping restrictions;
- Production limitations;
- Customer-provided information that cannot reasonably be fulfilled; or
- Other circumstances that prevent us from properly fulfilling the order.
An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order if we subsequently identify an issue that prevents fulfillment.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled portion of the order, subject to applicable law.
6. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.
Orbit Lab 3D reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
If an item is purchased at an obviously erroneous price due to a website, typographical, technical, or system error, Orbit Lab 3D may cancel the order and provide a refund of the amount actually paid for that item.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees may be added at checkout.
7. Payment
Payment must be successfully processed before an order is placed into production or shipped, unless otherwise expressly agreed by Orbit Lab 3D.
We may use third-party payment processors to process transactions.
Orbit Lab 3D does not directly store complete payment-card information unless expressly stated otherwise.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method associated with your order.
8. Custom and made-to-order products
Many Orbit Lab 3D products may be produced specifically after an order is placed.
For custom, personalized, or made-to-order products, you are responsible for verifying all information submitted to us before production, including:
- Names;
- Spelling;
- Dates;
- Numbers;
- Dimensions;
- Measurements;
- Colors;
- Design selections;
- Custom instructions;
- Images;
- Logos;
- Files; and
- Other specifications.
Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Customer errors in submitted information generally do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or free replacement, except where required by applicable law.
9. Customer-submitted content
If you submit, upload, transmit, or provide any image, logo, artwork, 3D model, text, design, file, or other material to Orbit Lab 3D, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right and necessary permissions to use that material and authorize Orbit Lab 3D to use it for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
You agree that you will not submit material that:
- Infringes another person’s copyright;
- Infringes another person’s trademark;
- Violates another person’s intellectual-property rights;
- Contains unlawful material;
- Violates applicable law; or
- You do not have permission to reproduce or use.
Orbit Lab 3D reserves the right to refuse an order involving material that we reasonably believe may violate intellectual-property rights or applicable law.
10. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise expressly stated, all content appearing on the Orbit Lab 3D website is owned by or licensed to Orbit Lab 3D.
This includes, without limitation:
- Logos;
- Branding;
- Product photographs;
- Website graphics;
- Product descriptions;
- Original designs;
- Text;
- Videos;
- Marketing materials;
- Website layout; and
- Other original content.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell, license, publish, or commercially exploit Orbit Lab 3D’s intellectual property without prior written permission.
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying digital design, intellectual property, CAD file, 3D model, artwork, or other intellectual-property rights associated with that product.
11. Third-party designs and licensed products
Some products may be based on designs created by third-party designers or made available to Orbit Lab 3D under a commercial license.
Where applicable, the underlying intellectual-property rights remain with the respective rights holder.
The purchase of a physical 3D-printed product does not grant the customer any rights to reproduce, manufacture, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the underlying design unless expressly authorized.
12. Prohibited use
You may not use our website or products for unlawful purposes.
You may not use Orbit Lab 3D’s website to:
- Commit fraud;
- Violate intellectual-property rights;
- Upload malicious software;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
- Interfere with website operation;
- Scrape or copy website content for unauthorized commercial purposes;
- Impersonate another person or business; or
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable law.
13. Product use and safety
Orbit Lab 3D products are intended to be used only for their stated or reasonably intended purpose.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, our products are not intended to be used as safety-critical equipment, medical devices, toys for young children, food-contact products, structural components, or products where failure could reasonably result in serious injury or property damage.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended application.
3D-printed materials may deform, soften, or otherwise change when exposed to excessive heat or unsuitable environmental conditions.
Do not expose products to temperatures, chemicals, forces, or conditions beyond their intended use.
14. Children’s products
Unless a product is specifically identified as a children’s product and appropriate for the intended age range, Orbit Lab 3D products should not be considered toys for children.
Small components may present choking or other hazards.
Parents, guardians, and purchasers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for a particular child.
15. No professional advice
Information provided on the Orbit Lab 3D website is provided for general informational purposes only.
Product information, recommendations, descriptions, and other website content should not be interpreted as professional engineering, medical, legal, financial, safety, or other specialized advice.
Where a product will be used in a specialized, safety-critical, regulated, or commercial application, the customer is responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice.
16. Shipping
Shipping and delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the applicable carrier.
Orbit Lab 3D is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers;
- Weather;
- Natural disasters;
- Customs;
- Government actions;
- Incorrect addresses provided by customers;
- Delivery restrictions;
- Carrier disruptions; or
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
17. Delivery confirmation
When a carrier’s tracking system confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer, the order will generally be considered delivered.
If a customer cannot locate a package marked as delivered, the customer should first check the delivery location, mailbox, package room, leasing office, household members, neighbors, and carrier information.
Orbit Lab 3D may assist with a carrier investigation or claim when appropriate, but delivery confirmation does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund or replacement.
18. Refunds and returns
Refunds, returns, cancellations, damaged products, defective products, and replacement requests are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted that policy.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, many Orbit Lab 3D products are final sale, particularly custom, personalized, and made-to-order products.
19. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you believe there is an issue with an order, please contact Orbit Lab 3D before initiating a chargeback whenever reasonably possible.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, Orbit Lab 3D may provide the payment processor, bank, card network, or other applicable party with relevant documentation regarding the transaction.
This may include:
- Order records;
- Customer communications;
- Product descriptions;
- Production records;
- Shipping records;
- Tracking information;
- Delivery confirmation;
- Photographs;
- Refund communications; and
- Evidence that the customer accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in this section limits any rights available to customers under applicable law or payment-network rules.
20. Website availability
We do not guarantee that our website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may temporarily suspend, modify, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the website without notice when reasonably necessary.
21. Third-party services and links
Our website may use or integrate with third-party services, including payment processors, shipping providers, analytics services, hosting providers, advertising platforms, and other technology providers.
We are not responsible for the independent policies, practices, availability, or content of third-party services.

23. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orbit Lab 3D and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our website or products.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orbit Lab 3D’s total liability relating to any particular order or product will not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply to liabilities that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
24. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orbit Lab 3D, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your misuse of our products;
- Your violation of another person’s intellectual-property rights;
- Content or files you provide to Orbit Lab 3D;
- Your unlawful use of our website or products; or
- Your violation of applicable law.
This provision does not require you to indemnify Orbit Lab 3D for liability caused by Orbit Lab 3D’s own conduct where such indemnification is prohibited by applicable law.

Any dispute will be subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights and jurisdictional requirements applicable to the customer.
31. Entire agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Refund and Return Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Orbit Lab 3D website and purchase of products, except where a separate written agreement expressly applies.
